Supreme Court Decision Favors Arbitration

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of arbitration in cases involving consumers and companies that issue low-rate credit cards to people with low credit scores. Under the new ruling, consumers are no longer allowed to file law suits in federal court, and will instead need to utilize arbitration. Read more at USA Today.
